Full Cancellation:

Lien Search:
Upon cancellation, all fees including Exacta professional fees and hard costs are waived. Hard costs are defined as direct costs paid by Exacta to municipalities, homeowner’s associations (“HOAs”) and/or other entities for information needed to satisfy a requested search by a client.

Estoppel:
Upon cancellation, all Exacta professional fees are waived. Additionally, the ordering client will be eligible for a refund of the hard cost fees when provided with a copy of the cancellation of contract within 10 days of the scheduled closing. Hard costs are defined as direct costs paid by Exacta to municipalities, homeowner’s associations (“HOAs”) and/or other entities for information needed to satisfy a requested search by a client.

This 10-day period allows adequate time for Exacta to obtain a refund on behalf of the ordering client for upfront costs paid to the management company and/or association involved per Florida Statutes guidelines – (Title XL / Chapter 720). Failure to provide the contract within 10 days of closing will result in the ordering client being responsible for any unrefunded hard cost fees.

Collect Hard Costs Only:

Hard costs paid by Exacta are owed by the ordering client.  Hard costs are defined as direct costs paid by Exacta to municipalities, homeowner’s associations (“HOAs”) and/or other entities for information needed to satisfy a requested search by a client.
