The EXACTA leadership team is a group of strong executives with strategic and operational experience in the land survey business and successful companies across a wide range of other industries.

Team members have diverse backgrounds and perspectives that are applied to opportunities and challenges in a highly collaborative decision-making environment.

Hank Mullany

President and CEO

Hank Mullany joined Exacta in 2021. He is a successful CEO with a demonstrated ability to dramatically improve the performance of organizations in extremely competitive sectors. He has over 30 years of C Suite experience and has transformed businesses that range in size from start up to $93 billion in revenue. Hank has led and served on the boards of private equity owned, public, and privately held organizations. Hank is highly skilled in strategic planning, execution, talent management, business transformation, leadership development, and cultural transformation.

Most recently, he was an Operating Partner at the Beckway Group where he served clients as interim CEO. He served as the CEO of FFO Home, CEO of ServiceMaster Co, EVP and president of the north business for Walmart, U.S. president of Toys R Us, and president of Genuardi’s Family Markets.

Hank has an MBA in Finance and BBA in Management and Accounting from Temple University. He is a CPA. Hank is a member of the Exacta board and served on the boards of many for profit and nonprofit organizations.

Bob Sanford

Chief Operating Officer

Bob joined Exacta in early November 2021 as Senior Vice President of Operations and was promoted to Executive Vice President of Sales and Operations in November 2022. With over 30 years’ experience in operations, Bob is a results-oriented and decisive leader with proven success in implementing process and system improvements.

Prior to beginning his career at Exacta, Bob held the position of Region Vice President at The Miner Corporation. With his extensive operations and sales management background, Bob brings an abundance of knowledge to the Exacta team. His strong interpersonal skills, high ethical standards, and vision for the future makes him a valuable asset to our company.

Scott Bogard

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Bogard joined Exacta in May 2019 with more than 20 years of leadership experience at companies in the real estate and investment sectors.  Prior to joining Exacta, he was CFO of Goldberg Companies, a developer and manager of multi-family apartment communities.  Prior to Goldberg, Mr. Bogard was a Vice President and investment professional at The Riverside Company, a leading middle-market private equity firm.  Mr. Bogard has been involved in over $1 billion in M&A transaction activity during his career.  Mr. Bogard serves on the board of the Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA) Cleveland and holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and a BA from Dartmouth College.

Josh Sienkiewicz

Josh Sienkiewicz

VP, Sales and Marketing

Josh leads Exacta’s business development team, focusing on dramatic profitable growth, executional excellence, company culture, and positive client experience. He joined Exacta in May 2019 as part of the acquisition of Windrose Land Services where he previously served as Director of Business Development. In Jan 2020, he was promoted to VP of Sales Operations, and again to his current role in 2022. Prior to entering the real estate and development industry, he held sales leadership roles in the environmental sector at Republic Services. Josh received his bachelor’s degree in economics from Texas A&M University.

His focus on developing high performing sales teams combines data-driven decisions, goal-based planning, and priority on relationship building. Josh’s extensive background in sales process and strategy drives organizational growth and Exacta’s commitment to be Fast-Easy-Reliable.

Spencer Hedeen

Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Hedeen joined Exacta in January 2019 after consulting for and building the companies software platforms over a 12-year period. With over 25 years of leadership experience in the software space, Spencer began his career in the automated manufacturing sector, and has built software platforms in both the private and public sector including education, manufacturing, healthcare, advertising, asset management, insurance, and real estate settlement services industries. Spencer holds a BCS from Western Illinois University, has been married (and can be found running) with his wife Adena, has four children and resides in Bartlett IL.

Lindsay McAndrew

Vice President, Customer Experience & Lien Search

Ms. McAndrew is a graduate of Kent State University and joined Exacta in May of 2010 in the Research department.  Lindsay has served several different roles throughout her tenure with the organization, today she is the Vice President of Customer Experience & Lien Search and a member for the Senior Leadership Team.  As the VP of Customer Experience and Lien Search, Ms. McAndrew oversees the Client Services and Lien Search Operations teams. 

Prior to joining the Exacta Team, Ms. McAndrew was employed with RE/MAX & GMAC where she developed strong relationships with Realtors and Homebuyers which instilled a passion and commitment for serving clients in the Real Estate Industry.

Jack Trump

Chief of Staff
Jack Trump is the Chief of Staff at Exacta Land Surveyors and joined the company as part of Summit Park’s LEAD program. Prior to joining Exacta, Jack led transformational change efforts for 15+ clients as a Growth Strategy Consultant at SBI Growth and Accenture. He received his undergraduate degrees in Entrepreneurship & Marketing from the University of Arizona and received his MBA from The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Kelli Koso

Chief People Officer

Kelli has held the position of Chief People Officer on the Exacta team since June 2022. She brings over 28 years of people leader experience to her role and has a wealth of knowledge in change leadership, talent management, organizational design, leadership development, compensation, benefits, and system management. 

With her extensive people, talent, and culture background, Kelli is committed to creating a positive, engaging, and inclusive work environment while employees continue to provide an excellent experience for our clients. 

Kelli has a bachelor’s degree in Human Relations from Doan University.  Kelli and her husband, Tim, have two children and live in Ankeny, Iowa. She enjoys boating, biking, animals, and decorating.
