Orders can be submitted using several methods.

- Participating title agencies can use closing software that integrates directly into our Survey STARS database (learn more)
- Once your order is received, our Order Validation team will begin processing to confirm all the necessary information is available to begin research. In some cases, surveys may require a quote. A member of our team will contact you with pricing and completion time estimations. Automated emails are used for your convenience which allows for quote acceptance and online payments.
- The research team gathers necessary information for our field crews and drafting teams such as; deeds, plats, arial maps, and tax information.
- Upon completion of the research, our team uses our automated SurveySTARS system to code the job as ready for the field.
